Raised Air Intake (aerodynamic design for low noise) Impact Resistant Plastic – TF1040 Terrafirma raised air intakes incorporate modern styling and aerodynamic features and fit the body contours perfectly, designed not to obscure the driver’s view. The low noise ‘clean air’ intake draws air from as high on the vehicle as possible through stainless steel vents, without restricting engine performance. Manufactured from extremely durable, rotational moulded, impact resistant MDPE (medium density polyethylene) and LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene) plastics which are ideal for this application as they will not discolour and are UV temperature stable.
